What’s included in the program?
You’ll receive your 21-page workbook including your food journal, plus a 30-minute private consultation with me. Here’s a brief run-down of what we’ll cover in the program’s six sections.
1. What’s Your Health & Wellness Vision?
How do you want to feel? What do you want to achieve? More energy? A healthier you? Do you want to feel better about yourself?
2. All About You
When you want to achieve mind-body-soul balance, it’s important to see yourself in a holistic way. Holistic wellness doesn’t only focus on any disease, injury, ailment, or overall problem you may be struggling to manage, but instead focuses on YOU as a whole –mind-body-soul. ( Eating • Exercise • Stress)
3. Your Top 3 Health Concerns
What are your top three health concerns? Do you want to heal a health problem naturally? Is getting healthy a choice, or have you been told you have “no choice” but to take better care of yourself? Are you sick and tired of feeling sick & tired?
4. 5-Day Food Journal
A food journal is how you become more aware of your eating patterns & food choices. This journal will also help me develop a plan to for you to tackle your top health concerns when we talk during our evaluation.
5. Journal Notes
As you complete your journal, you’ll notice very important patterns of eating and the emotional triggers that accompany them. You’ll also become aware of things like portion size, snacking, and pinpoint any cravings you’re struggling with.
6. Evaluation/Consultation Notes
